Amy Thomas: Amy holds degrees in Music Education from Appalachian State University and Winthrop University. She is a certified Music Together teacher and has completed all three levels of Orff-Schulwerk training. Her research on early childhood musical instruction has been published in General Music Today. Mrs. Thomas has taught in both public and private schools. She is a former faculty member of Lakeshore Elementary School and the James C Harper School of Performing Arts. Currently, she is a private early childhood music teacher for Journey Montessori Academy and Music Together of Charlotte.
