Presidents Day Challeng

I've moved my CC posts to a new site, makemoremusiclittleones.com.  You can click here to check it out!  I have a lot of fun activities we have been doing that go along with cycle one posted on the new site.

We did a President's Day challenge this week!  The blog post has a link to fun interactive trivia game that you can play with the whole family, or a group of friends.  The other part of our President's Day challenge was for the kids to name all of the presidents, and to collect as many interesting facts as possible.  See the whole lesson plan here.

Cycle 3 Week 1 Extras

My kids are first and second grade age this year.  Here are some links to projects we might add for at home this week.

Information about Christopher Columbus

We have been using the Sing Song Latin book this Summer at home.  My kids are thrilled that they can now introduce themselves in Latin for presentations.  I've enjoyed the book as well and would recommend it.
